Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase a gift certificate online through our MindBody store. Just click here to purchase.

What can I wear in the sauna?

Some individuals prefer to sweat with little to no clothing. However, it is safe to use the sauna in workout gear or a bathing suit. We will provide you towels to use during and after your session. We require that you have at least one towel between you and the sauna bench while in session.

should i shower immediately after my session?

It is actually recommended that you not shower directly after your session as it is likely that you will continue to sweat and detoxify up to 30 minutes after. The Wellness Refinery provides individuals with essential oil infused towelettes to refresh after each sauna session. We do not have showers on the premise for use.

Is there a time commitment for memberships?

Memberships require no commitment. Memberships auto renew monthly unless notified of deactivation prior to billing date. Monthly billing occurs on the same date as initial account activation.

Can I share my pack or monthly membership sauna sessions?

Sessions purchased by pack or monthly membership are not to be shared. Monthly members receive one guest pass per month for a friend (must be a new client).

Will my unused monthly membership sauna sessions roll over to next month?

All unused monthly sessions rollover to the next month while account is still active. Once account is deactivated all unused credits are void.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are at the discretion of The Wellness Refinery. The Wellness Refinery will honor refunds up to 7 days after a marketplace purchase or 7 days prior to your appointment time. 10% of the amount will be deducted from your purchase and you will receive a refund for the remaining amount. Tonic Bar Items, Gift Cards and Event tickets are non-refundable. Appointment cancellations are not automatically refunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

All infrared sauna sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Failure to do so results in full charge for the appointment. If cancelled before the 24 hour mark, the credit will be restored to your account for future booking—please note session expiration date. If you have a pack or are a member, one session will be deducted from your account. Unlimited monthly members will be charged a fee of $20 for late cancellations. Cancellations can be made through our booking site, MindBody app, email or phone.

How long do my package sessions last?

Your 3 pack will expire 2 months from the date of purchase. Your 5 pack of sessions will expire 3 months after the date of purchase. Your 10 pack of sessions will expire 6 months after the date of purchase.

Can I use my package // membership to book a 30 or 45 min. session?

You can book both session times! If you are in need of a quick 30 minute sweat or you prefer to sweat it out a little bit longer for 45 minutes, we’ve got you covered.
