Join Women's Personal Growth & Mindfulness Coach, Marissa Nash for a Limiting Beliefs Workshop at The Wellness Refinery. Enjoy a functional latte from The Wellness Refinery while breaking through limiting beliefs and adapting a new empowering mindset.

Under Marissa's guidance, you will actively learn how to identify which limiting beliefs are holding you back from living out your fullest potential, experience an exercise to help you overcome your limiting belief as well as identify a new personalized mantra to empower you toward growth. 

The 90 minute workshop will begin with an informative talk to help you understand what limiting beliefs are and how they hold us back. Up next, you'll begin to shift your perspective through a brief guided mindfulness and gratitude visualization before diving into the limiting beliefs exercise. You'll also learn the difference between a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset and how to shift to a mindset that serves you instead of hinders you.

Lastly, Marissa will teach you how to embody your new mantra by developing your own mindfulness and self care routine that will leave you feeling empowered, equipped, and inspired.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

Get To Know Marissa Nash:

Marissa is a Personal Growth & Mindfulness Coach for women. She's a Certified Life Coach, a 400+ hour Yoga Instructor, and a Reiki Level II Practitioner. She's also taken mindfulness and wellbeing courses through Yale and Jon Kabat Zinn's Mind Body Stress Reduction program.

As a Coach and Teacher, her mission is to equip and empower women to overcome negative beliefs, self doubt, and insecurity. In her coaching firm, The Vine Collective, she leads one-on-one coaching sessions as well as a group coaching program, the Mind Body Soul Course. She is experienced in guiding women to live empowered and inspired lives through methods such as coaching, yoga, lifestyle design, mindfulness, visualization, meditation, and reiki.

Marissa has coached over 300 women and has worked with clients across the U.S. and abroad, including California, Pennsylvania, New Zealand, North Carolina, Texas, South Carolina, Michigan, and New York!

She graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Corporate Communications and is currently in a master's program for Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching at Concordia University with Dr. John Townsend.
