Join The Wellness Refinery and the moms in our community as we gather to build that parenthood support group that everyone most certainly needs! During these events, you will meet mothers at similar stages of parenthood, chat with experts to help navigate caring for your child and the whirlwind of motherhood, enjoy fresh air while also moving your body and nourish your self with a nutritionist designed smoothie. You will leave this event feeling refreshed, connected and like you just scored the Parent’s Little Black Book to support and experts around Philadelphia.

We are so fortunate to be surrounded by many local parenthood experts and even more grateful to be incorporating some of them into our events. We’d like to give a special thanks to Binto, Little One Nutrition Co., B. Well Tots, and The Emerald Doula for being a part of this series.

Each event is OPEN to Moms at ANY STAGE.

8:45 AM—Arrive at TWR for Smoothies & Expert Chats

REMINDERS: You will receive the exact meet up location in your confirmation email. Each event is OPEN to Moms at ANY STAGE—pre-conception and early pregnancy, to stay-at-home mom with school aged children. This is, of course, a child friendly event! Bring your little ones. The walk is stroller friendly. As we have limited capacity for strollers inside of The Wellness Refinery, there will be a designated area for stroller parking right outside our door.
